Seattle treated us with beautiful, golden skies for our session with this adorable family at Greenlake! Little Chiara is just learning to sit up on her own, so we had a few good laughs watching her mommy catch her in between shots… They gathered some of their extended family together as well for some priceless pictures with their baby girl!

These guys didn’t let a little rain get in the way of their session – and the skies cooperated just long enough for us to have a really fun shoot down at Golden Gardens! Little Kendall isn’t a big fan of the sand, but she LOVES bubbles, so a good time was had by all. :)

I just love the father and daughter looks in this next one…

The Boltons | Ballard Maternity Pictures!!

Ah, where do I start?! This little family/maternity session was extra special to me because Maggie is the midwife who delivered our own little girl just ten months ago!! I met with them in Ballard last weekend (only days before Maggie’s due date!) and we wandered around their neighborhood, down to their favorite little beach to capture a few photos of them before they become a family of four. I’m sooo looking forward to meeting their newest addition very soon!

We loved hanging out at Greenlake with this adorable little

family to do their pictures… funny that this was our first shoot there,

even though it’s practically our neighborhood!!

Finally getting caught up on blog posts here… the holidays

are keeping us busy, but stay tuned for more goodies coming up in the

New Year!!

Disclaimer: While we totally support Max’s Dad’s decision to root for the Chiefs,

we must make it known that we are 100% Seahawks fans!!! ;)

I was lucky enough to get to meet little Cooper when he was

only a month old… and now he’s such a big boy, loving tummy time

and clearly excited for Christmas!! ;)

Jeff came with this time, and we both had a blast getting

pictures of these three and really loved watching Cooper play in his Santa hat!

our session with the Roehls – and dodged the rain long enough to

get a great set of family pics for them!! We love the girls’

bright stripes, too – don’t they look cute?!

The Fouts – Renton Family Portraits!

Baby Matthew is such a little cutie…

He’s just a little younger than Audrey, so his mom and I had

fun exchanging notes on all their newest tricks. :)

This little guy has the sweetest curious blue eyes and

he already LOVES his football…

I think he’s planning his next play…

hmm… wonder what Matthew was thinking about?? Too cute for words. :)

The McDowells – Family Portraits!!

Dani was planning to be our birth doula when Audrey was

born, but there was just one catch: her own baby was due only a couple of weeks after ours,

so the timing would be tricky. She came to our house and patiently taught Jeff little tricks for supporting

me during labor, “just in case” it didn’t work out for her to be there…

Sure enough, Audrey came a couple of weeks after her due date, and little Greta showed up early!!

Dani was home with her three little ones, but still took the time to talk us through some

of the big decisions while we were at Swedish Ballard… and now we call Jeff the “man-doula” (actually

quite the oxymoron) because he successfully supported me through the experience. :)

Well, a few months later and we finally got to meet little Greta and

the rest of Dani’s sweet family!! They are so cute and fun to be around, we started

to think maybe three kids is the right number for us, too…;)
