We hope you all had a wonderful weekend!!

Ours was full of food, family and fun. ;) Just thought

we’d share a couple of pictures from our Christmas celebrations!

My aunt and uncle always decorate their house so beautifully…

Mai Tai’s are an Anderson Family Christmas Eve tradition… yum!

Audrey loved her first Christmas morning… she was happy just to play with the wrapping paper!!

We took a walk on the beach to try to burn off a few of those cookies we stole from Santa’s plate… ;)

The Greens!! : Seattle Portrait Photographers

We met up with the Greens in Newcastle last weekend to do the family portrait shoot that they won at the TEAM-WORKS auction for the second year in a row!! (See this post for more info.!)

They took us to the Coal Creek Trail, where we learned that there actually used to be a coal mine – and there are chunks of coal lying around to prove it! It was so much fun to see how much their kids have grown in the last year… and they were much more adventurous with their poses this time around! Thanks to the Green’s for showing us a fabulous time! We’re already looking forward to next year!!

The Ballou’s – Camano Island : Seattle Portrait Photographers

We were so excited to meet up with Melissa & Chris on Camano Island to do a shoot with them & little Anneliese! Melissa’s dad’s vacation home is on a beautiful stretch of beach, with calm water and loads of driftwood (which, by the way, Jeff tripped on and nearly bailed completely… thank goodness, he didn’t and the camera was saved… I mean, Jeff was saved;) We lucked out with gorgeous weather, and had so much fun hanging out at the beach with them, we really didn’t want to leave… although, a dinner of carnitas and strawberry pie beckoned us from Jeff’s brother’s house in Stanwood!!

Anneliese was very cooperative – when we asked Melissa if she had a nickname, she told us not really, but sometimes they call her “Monkey” so we tried it out & got some great smiles:)! Oh, and we threw in a couple of fun vintage effects at the end because the “baby at the beach” pics reminded Sally of her childhood…
