There’s been a lot of excitement around our house this last week since our little guy figured out how to sit up BY HIMSELF!! He’s almost got the crawling thing down, too, but still gets stuck in a “bear walk” position… I’ll try to share a pic of that if I capture him in action, because it’s too funny not to share. :) Happy Monday!

I was at Greenlake for a little shoot just yesterday, and these early spring flowers (or late winter, but I’m the glass is half-full kind of girl!) were looking oh-so-promising. Can’t wait for longer days and Vitamin D (that isn’t from a bottle)!

This was SUCH a fun session… I think it’s awesome to get your grown-up siblings, parents and significant others together for pictures! Lauren, who organized the whole thing while her siblings were in town visiting from California, hit a home run with the color scheme and styling – and Discovery Park provided a gorgeous backdrop, as usual – this just proves that it’s a perfect place to photograph in every single season!
